  • Free Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $59 or more (before taxes). For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates will apply based on weight and destination.
  • Processing Time Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
  • Bulk Orders For shipments weighing 10+ pounds (approximately 20-24 bottles), please contact us at support@texasnutra.com for a custom shipping quote.

RETURN POLICY

  • 30-Day Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
  • Eligibility for Returns To ensure the quality and safety of our products, returns are accepted for unopened and sealed bottles only. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns valued at $250 or more.
  • Refund Timeline Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of receiving and inspecting your return.
