1. SHIPPING RATES & SAVINGS International shipping rates are calculated directly by the carrier at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

• Pro Tip: International shipping can be costly for single items. We highly recommend ordering bundles of 4-6 bottles or more to get the best value on shipping costs per bottle.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE International Shipping on orders over $250 USD.
• Bulk Orders: Shipments weighing 10+ pounds (approximately 20-24 bottles) are considered bulk orders and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please email support@texasnutra.com for a custom shipping quote.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES Due to the long transit times and complex customs regulations associated with international logistics, all international sales are final.

• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for orders shipped outside of the United States.
• Please double-check your order (items and quantity) and your shipping address before confirming your purchase.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• Buyer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
• Customs Declaration: Per U.S. Export Regulations, Texas Nutra must declare the true value of all items on the customs form. We cannot mark items as "Gift" or under-declare their value.
• Note: If you refuse a package at customs due to fees, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

4. TRANSIT TIME

• Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on your local customs processing speed.
• Tracking numbers are provided for every order.
