QUALITY & TRUST (OUR PROMISE)

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. We don't guess; we verify. Every single batch of Texas Nutra supplements is tested by an ISO-accredited independent laboratory. We test for purity, potency, and safety (heavy metals and contaminants) to ensure that what is on the label is exactly what is in the bottle.

Are your products made in the USA? Absolutely. We are a proud American, family-owned business. All our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities right here in the USA. We prioritize American ingredients and standards.

What does the "Manufactured Date" (MFG) mean? Unlike big-box stores that let products sit on shelves for years, we produce in small batches for maximum freshness. The date on the bottom of your bottle is the Manufactured Date, not an expiration date. Our supplements are formulated to maintain full potency for 2 years from this date when stored properly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to get my order? We process orders within 1-2 business days from our Texas facility. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes. All US orders totaling $59 or more (after discounts) qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • All international sales are final (no returns).
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your Return Policy? We offer a 30-Day Return Window.

  • Sealed Bottles: You may return any unopened, sealed bottles within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.
  • Opened Bottles: We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I modify or cancel my order? We ship fast. If you need to make a change, please email support@texasnutra.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

ACCOUNT & PAYMENT

Why was my credit card charged but I didn't get an order confirmation? This usually happens if the billing address you entered does not match the address on file with your bank. It is a security measure to protect you from fraud. The "charge" you see is likely a pending hold that will drop off in a few days. Please try again with the correct billing address.

Do you offer discount codes? Yes! The best way to get discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter or check out our Bundle & Save options (buy 3 or 6 bottles for the best price).
