Vitamin K2 as MK-7 — 100 mcg

Vitamin K2 helps support normal bone metabolism and the body's proper use of calcium. This formula uses menaquinone-7, commonly known as MK-7.*

Calcium & BioPerine®

Calcium: Each capsule provides 210 mg of calcium, equal to 16% of the Daily Value. Calcium provides structural nutritional support for healthy bones and teeth.*

BioPerine®: Each capsule also contains 5 mg of branded BioPerine® black pepper extract.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice daily. For best results, take 20–30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose and hypromellose vegetable capsule.
